Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListingPilot website (toooapp.com) and the ListingPilot Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ListingPilot helps you copy the details of a listing you are viewing on a supported website and pre-fill a new listing on Facebook Marketplace. The Service assists with data entry only; you remain responsible for reviewing every listing and clicking "Publish" yourself.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license key secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan limits (such as the number of posts per month) apply as described on the pricing page.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable third-party terms. In particular, you agree that you will:

• Only post listings you are authorized to advertise, with accurate information.
• Comply with Facebook's and Facebook Marketplace's terms, policies, and commerce rules.
• Comply with the terms of any source website you copy listings from.
• Not use the Service to post spam, fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited items, or to violate anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or circumvent plan limits.

You are solely responsible for the content of listings you publish.

5. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party websites (including Facebook Marketplace and the supported listing sites) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or changes they make that may affect the Service. ListingPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook/Meta or any listing site.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the listing content you provide.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated form-filling will always succeed, since third-party sites may change at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingPilot and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
